Who we are
This refund policy applies to Ziveo, operated by UK Net Pro Ltd (Companies House: 15765940), Monomark House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Contact: hello@getziveo.com
Subscription fees
Ziveo subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except at Ziveo's sole discretion.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Ziveo subscription at any time via the Settings page in your dashboard. There is no need to contact us — cancellation is self-serve and immediate.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until that date. No refund is issued for any unused portion of a billing period following cancellation.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund in exceptional circumstances, please email hello@getziveo.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that Stripe's payment processing fee (approximately 50p per transaction) is non-recoverable and cannot be included in any refund.
