Pricing FAQ
Are there any setup fees?+
No. You only pay for the plan you choose. Ziveo does not charge its own transaction fee. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to payments taken on the Starter plan.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your organiser dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and then move to the Free plan.
Do members need a Ziveo account?+
No. On Starter they pay through a secure Stripe-hosted page. On the Free plan they pay you directly and reply PAID in WhatsApp. Either way, there is nothing for them to download or sign up for.
How do payouts work?+
On Starter, Stripe payouts follow the payout schedule shown in your connected Stripe account. On the Free plan, members pay you directly, so the money reaches you as soon as their transfer clears.
