No. Ziveo is for individual organisers — golf captains, football managers, trip organisers, community group admins. You do not need a registered business. For the Free tier, no bank account setup is required at all.

On the Free tier, members pay you directly via bank transfer, Monzo, or PayPal — money goes straight to you immediately. On the Starter tier, payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your connected bank account, typically within 2–3 business days.

No. Your WhatsApp number is only used to send you messages from Ziveo. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. Members' WhatsApp numbers are stored securely and only used to send payment requests and reminders for groups they have opted into. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

On the Free tier, members pay you directly via bank transfer, Monzo or PayPal — whatever you already use. They reply PAID to confirm, and Ziveo notifies you to check your bank. You confirm in the dashboard. No Stripe account needed and no fees.

On Starter, members receive a Pay Now button in their WhatsApp message. They tap it and pay by card via Stripe in under 30 seconds. Stripe verifies the payment automatically — your dashboard updates instantly and you never need to check your bank.

On Starter, payments are processed by Stripe and settled to your connected bank account automatically. On Free, money goes directly to you via bank transfer. Ziveo never holds or touches your funds.

Ziveo charges no transaction fees. On Starter, Stripe's standard card processing fees apply — these come out of your payout. On Free, there are no fees at all.

Yes. On the Free tier, members can make multiple partial payments toward a target amount and reply PAID each time. Ziveo tracks the running total per member so you always know where things stand.

Yes. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security — and is used by millions of businesses worldwide including Amazon, Shopify and Deliveroo. Ziveo never stores card details.

Yes. Ziveo is operated by UK Net Pro Ltd, Company No. 15765940, registered in England and Wales. We are also registered with the ICO (ZC151422) for data protection.

Ziveo is GDPR compliant. Member WhatsApp numbers are only used to send payment requests. Members can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We never share data with third parties for marketing.

Yes. Cancel anytime from the Bank tab in your dashboard — no phone calls, no forms. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free tier automatically.

Absolutely. Ziveo works for golf societies, football teams, swimming clubs, holiday trips, dinner dances, community groups, residents associations, events — any group that collects money from members.

If a member replies STOP, they are immediately removed from all future WhatsApp messages. You are notified in your dashboard. They can rejoin at any time using your JOIN link.

Ziveo operates a fair use policy — there are no hard limits. Ziveo is designed for genuine group payment collection.
